Poe Pumpkin

{Last night was the perfect fall night! As anyone in Tahoe already knows, it was so windy yesterday that the lake had waves like the ocean and late last night it snowed. So it was the best night for Lo and I to carve pumpkins! After a quick trip to Sparks, NV to visit the new Forever21 we made it back to Tahoe with new fall clothes + a pumpkin carving kit for pros! We had mimosas and let the stencils only inspire us...Mine is the laughing clown + the Edgar Allen Poe inspired Raven. Lo carved the spooky house + the witch and if it were a contest, I think she'd bring home the gold with that one!}

Fall into Fashion!

{Fall fashion is one of my favorites. And even though my feet are still freezing from the 4 hours of shooting outside in the wet leaves, I still adore these photos of my new friend Chandler in cashmere, jeans, and boots. J'adore fineNfunky in the fall!}

Joy + Cyril's Wedding: parte duex

{Here is the second half of Joy and Cyril's wedding....the party! I cannot wait for them to get their DVD in the mail, because I watched this on my flat screen and it looks fantastic! This is what a classic, beautiful bride looks like. Have fun watching!}

Joy + Cyril's Wedding Video

{Here is the first draft of Joy + Cyril's wedding we shot last month. This video is taking longer than most because I really wanted everyone to experience how symbolic this hike was for them. Two separate hikes up the hill (Alpine, to be exact!) and one walk down as a married couple. I die! Ugh, I'm such a romantic. Anyways more videos to come so.... Stay tuned!}

Winter Weddings!!!!

I loved this cover photo on Photo Pro UK {by one of the best wedding photogs in London, Julia Boggio} because everyone knows I love London and Wellies! Also, with winter approaching fast here in Tahoe City, I find myself really wanting to add a winter wedding to my portfolio. Although I have always wanted to be warm on my wedding day (hello, I'm from AZ!) I have always thought it so romantic and almost magical to be married in the snow! Plus, I think it would be fun to wear crazy + colorful footwear if only for the amazing photos!

P.S. Check out this blog I adore {RockNRoll Bride} who wrote about a photo session in none other than TAHOE!
